These two candidates will work to ensure and protect Highlands Ranch Waters’s high quality product and service, strive to keep the cost lower than surrounding districts, work diligently to conserve this valuable resource, and provide excellent water/wastewater infrastructure maintenance. Conservation programs and quality water/waste water services are top priorities for this organization and these candidates.
