The May 2025 election will be a polling place election.
The polling place is the Hendrick Office Building, 62 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch.
Polls will be open for in person voting from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on May 6, 2025, or you can drop off absentee ballots here up through election day.

You can also drop off your previously requested absentee ballot into the ballot drop box at the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Highlands Ranch Substation, 9250 Zotos Drive beginning Monday, April 7 through Tuesday, May 6 at 7 p.m.
***We do not recommend mailing your ballots back.  The USPS is too unreliable to get it to the election’s office in time.

Polling Place Elections
HRW and HRMD are separate elections and are both at the same polling place on May 6th, from 7a – 7p – to cast your vote, you will either need to:

1. Mark your calendar to show up at that office building at 62 Plaza Drive in HR to cast your vote for these candidates.

2. Return your Absentee ballot (if you requested one...)   PLEASE DO NOT MAIL BALLOTS BACK, Dropping off at the secure ballot collection drop box at the Douglas County Sheriff's Substation (9250 Zotos Dr, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129).  We think this is best.
